Shipping costs
Free shipping worldwide for orders over $200.
The cost varies according to different regions. The cost is about $2 ~ 20. You can view more details after filling in the order info.

Delivery Timing
When customer in the payment page, system will calculate the exact order freight and logistics time according to your delivery address. The logistics duration is basically 7-14 working days, South American countries will take 25-30 working days. Our warehouse is located in Shanghai China, and your goods will be shipped from Shanghai. After the order payment is completed, we will send the package within 1-2 days.

*bump up accepts no liability for delays in shipping services due to customs clearance, flight delays, force major, container/space shortages or other market changes beyond our control.

Tracking
We will process your order within 2 working days. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification with a tracking number, please check your email promptly. Click the tracking number to check the latest status of the package.

Tax
The prices of products on the website do not include any taxes. Your order may be affected by the tariff upon arrival in your country, resulting in an additional fee ( TAX ), which will not be borne by the seller, and all costs will be borne by the buyer. The tax situation varies depending on the policies of your country.
