The cost varies according to different regions. It’s about $15 ~ 20. You can view more details after filling in the order info.

The prices of products on the website do not include any taxes. You may receive a reminder to pay taxes when your package arrives in your country. The tax situation varies depending on the policies of your country.

We will process your order within 2 working days. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification with a tracking number, please check your email promptly.

Once your order is despatched a tracking number will be sent to you via email, click tracking number to check the latest status of the package.

The logistics duration is basically 7-14 working days, South American countries will take 25-30 working days. After the order payment is completed, we will send the package within 2 working days.

The delivery address cannot be changed after the order confirmation.

Our warehouse is located in Shanghai, China and your item will be shipped from Shanghai.

Non-quality issues products and gift cards cannot be refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Enclose a description, including your order number, a few product photos that illustrate your issue, and a description of your desired returns to avoid any processing delays, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Please allow 7 business days so that our team can process your returns, our customer service staff will assist you with the return process.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hi@bumpup.com.
